LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Fayette County Superintendent Dr. Demetrus Liggins, who is on paid administrative leave, filed a formal whistle blower complaint Thursday with the Kentucky Office of Education Accountability.
He also filed another complaint on June 19 that claimed the FCPS school board violated open meeting laws.
