BOURBON COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) – A Good Samaritan in Bourbon County wrangled some loose puppies recently.
According to the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office, Jasmine Wilson spotted the puppies off of the Paris bypass near a soccer complex.
The puppies are now in the custody of the Paris Animal Welfare Society…
