Known for its meal delivery services, cooking classes, and job training, FoodChain now has a walk-in grocery on West 6th Street. One of the first in line is Lexington Vice Mayor Dan Wu, who’s grabbing some snacks.
“I’m kind of a potato chip addict, and these are the brand I’ve never seen before with flavors I’ve never seen before,” he says, sifting through his basket. “I’m getting a little onigiri from FoodChain, a little soda, I’m going to get some empanadas.”
