LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — An online auction began on Sept. 1, hosted by the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife, giving the community access to deals for one-of-a-kind surplus equipment.
Hosted by The Logsdon Group, officials with KYFW said the auction runs through 10 a.m. on Sept. 11 and features nearly 40 surplus items, including trucks, tractors, trailers, mowers, and other maintenance equipment.
Some key finds up for auction include a 1994 John Deere tractor, a 1998 Gulfstream travel trailer, a school bus from 1993, a 2011 Freightliner dump truck, and a commercial ice dispenser.

Winning bidders will be required to pick up their items from one of three western Kentucky department-owned wildlife management areas (WMAs) that house surplus equipment, organizers said…
