LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Richmond Road could soon be home to hundreds of new housing units under a proposal from a Florida-based development company, though the project is not moving forward immediately.
Hillpointe wants to build nearly 600 housing units on the historic White family farm. On Thursday, the company asked the Lexington Planning Commission to delay its consideration of the proposal by a month.
