LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – The sentencing of James Hendron, convicted of murdering his son, was delayed again Thursday, extending a court case that has lasted nearly eight years.
Hendron was scheduled for sentencing Thursday. No reason was given in court for the delay.

Hendron is accused of shooting and killing his son, Austin, who was 23, on Father’s Day in 2018.
