LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – The grandmother of 18-year-old Tyler Smith is speaking out as a court hearing approaches Monday for the man tied to the teen’s death investigation and charged with tampering with physical evidence.
Necee Anderson said she will be in the courtroom Monday and at every proceeding moving forward.
