LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — One person was arrested Wednesday in connection with a shooting in Lexington.
Around 5:30 p.m. on March 17, the Lexington Police Department received a call about shots being fired at a residence in the 1700 block of Cantrill Drive.

Upon arrival at the scene, officers found a male victim who had been shot. He was taken to a local hospital with reported non-life-threatening injuries, according to a news release.
During the investigation, detectives learned that the victim was reportedly shot during a disorder and robbery. Court documents show that one man was hit in the back with a “mini sledgehammer” with another shot in the leg, and another bullet grazing his hand.
On March 19, officers found one of the victims and interviewed him at Lexington Police Headquarters, according to an arrest report. He told investigators he only knew the suspect who allegedly shot him as “Jerry,” and showed police a map of where he’d picked the man up…
