RICHMOND, Ky. (WKYT) – The Virginia woman charged in an infant’s 1991 death is headed back to court next month.
Jennifer Cummins, 55, was scheduled for a status hearing Thursday, but it was delayed until June 11 because the prosecuting attorney is out of town.
