FRANKFORT, Ky. (WKYT) – More than one year after major flooding swamped Frankfort, residents gathered Sunday to mark how far the community has come.
In April 2025, the Kentucky River crested near 50 feet, forcing families out and upending lives. The community marked the anniversary with food, games and speeches at Dolly Graham Park.
