MADISON COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) – The family of a Madison County Schools student with a disability is suing the district for alleged abuse that took place in 2025.
The suit claims that officials at a district elementary school knew of and failed to properly report the alleged abuse by a paraeducator of the female student, who is only identified with an alias, during a two-month period last fall.
