OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The father of a 9-year-old girl hurt in a tubing crash near Cedar Creek said she is already up and walking, according to First Alert 6.
The girl was life-flighted to Omaha after the crash. Her official condition has not been released. Her father did not want to speak on camera and was not comfortable sharing her picture, but told First Alert 6 he expects her to make a full recovery.
Investigation into the crash
Nebraska Game and Parks Commission leaders are helping investigate the crash. A preliminary investigation shows the tube the girl was riding collided with a docked boat.
