LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The Lincoln Police Department is asking for help locating 78-year-old Harriet Downey, who was last seen Monday morning.
The police department said Downey, who has dementia, was last spotted in the area of 27th and Stratford streets around 9:30 a.m.
Downey is 5 feet 4 inches tall with red hair. She was wearing a gray sweatshirt and blue jeans, carrying a red knitted handbag and a black duffel bag…
