OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The Florida man who reportedly attacked a police officer at a Lincoln Arby’s is now behind bars in Council Bluffs, facing a murder charge.
Joseph Bertolino III is charged with killing 62-year-old Kenneth Gauff at a Carter Lake hotel last Tuesday.
He waived his right to extradition to Pottawattamie County on Friday and arrived in Iowa today a little before noon.
