Lincoln man charged after police find multiple guns, mushrooms and meth in drug raid

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A man was charged after police found multiple guns and drugs at his house on Thursday, according to Lincoln police.

According to court documents, investigators with the Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force obtained a search warrant for a house near South Eighth Street and South Street at 4 p.m. Court records stated Jerry Mills, 45, had been arrested earlier for terroristic threats.

Upon arriving at the household, investigators found Clara Aguirre Delacruz, 34, who had drug paraphernalia with meth residue. Investigators entered the household and did not find anyone else.

Inside the house, police found 39.4 grams of methamphetamine, 3.4 grams of suspected psilocybin mushrooms, 106.7 grams of marijuana and two hydrocodone pills. Police also found drug paraphernalia, three handguns and $1,500…
