Man convicted after murdering woman in Lincoln’s 4th domestic violence homicide of 2025

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A man convicted of murdering a Lincoln woman in 2025 will be sentenced on July 8.

On Tuesday, a Lancaster County judge found 40-year-old Joshua Meyers, of Lincoln, guilty of second-degree murder in the killing of 43-year-old Tracy Henman.

Meyers was initially charged with first-degree murder, but it was amended after he accepted at plea deal. He pled no contest to one count of second-degree murder. He faces 20 years to life in prison.
