3 charged in federal fentanyl trafficking case, accused of bringing over 600 pills to Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Three people arrested in February are now facing federal charges for bringing an abundance of fentanyl to Lincoln, court records show.

Elisha Pool, 33, Steven Gray, 43, and Antoine Singleton, 43, are charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl and possession with intent to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl on or about Feb. 24, 2026.

Both charges carry a maximum penalty of no less than 10 years and up to life in prison, a $10 million fine, a term of supervised release of no less than five years and a $100 special assessment…
