MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – The federal trial has been delayed again for an Arkansas man accused of kidnapping a teenager last year from Beaver Dam, federal court documents state.
Attorneys for Gary Day had requested another continuance for his federal trial in the US District Court in the Eastern District of Arkansas, which was supposed to start on Tuesday.
