LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — The death penalty has been waived for the daycare owner charged in the death of an 8-month-old child.
Court records show that 23-year-old Erin Sauls appeared in Pulaski County Circuit Court today for a hearing. According to these records, the death penalty has been waived, though the bond addressed remains the same.
