LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A small business owner says she lost $305 after applying to what she now believes was a fake food truck festival advertised in an Arkansas Facebook group.
Karoline Gadison, owner of Blondie Pop Soda Shop, said she found the event while searching for vendor opportunities online and believed it would be a good way to grow her new business.
