VILONIA, Ark. – On Memorial Day, many people were at Lake Bailey in Ohana Celebration Park, including 15-year-old Isaac Hassell and 17-year-old Jackson Leonard. Hassell was a staff member with the park, while Leonard was celebrating the holiday at the lake with friends and family, when all of a sudden, both teenagers heard screaming.
“Then I see her come out, and she’s blue, and she’s limp,” Hassell said.
A three-year-old girl was unresponsive being pulled out of the lake. Hassell, who had learned CPR only a week prior to this incident, ran toward the scene…
