Little Rock Compassion Center seeks water donations ahead of extreme heat

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.- As temperatures and humidity rise across central Arkansas, the Little Rock Compassion Center is asking the community for help providing relief to people experiencing homelessness during the summer months.

Pastor William Holloway, founder of the Little Rock Compassion Center, said the organization’s most urgent need is bottled water as dangerous heat conditions approach.

“Right now, we need water,” says Pastor William Holloway, founder of the Little Rock Compassion Center.  “We give out lots of bottled water, and we don’t have enough for the coming heat.  We’ll give out hundreds of bottles each day, so we need a goodly supply.  If someone could donate several pallets of water bottles, that would make a big difference.”…
