FORT SMITH, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — When Linda Neumeier and her husband began designing the menu for Neumeier’s Whippoorwill Restaurant in Fort Smith, someone suggested listing general allergies. Neumeier had an alternative approach.
“It has to say ‘alpha gal,’” she said she told her team, “so that people know that we can take care of them.”
