LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Beyond the Divide was a program that leased shipping containers to business owners to use as a place to run operations. The program started through a grant opportunity from Smart Growth America, an organization that reconnected communities affected by substructures and highways.
“The City of Little Rock and studioMAIN were only one of three cities across the entire country to help get kickstart funding for this project,” said Ernest Banks with studioMAIN who was the project lead for Beyond the Divide.
