LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Little Rock police announced on Wednesday the arrest of two people whom they say were involved in a deadly shooting in April.
According to investigators, 18-year-old Courvoisier McKinney, along with a juvenile, was taken into custody on Wednesday, with both now facing a charge of capital murder in the shooting death of 21-year-old Semaj Ellis.

Investigators said that on April 7, officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 4200 block of Holt Street at 3:31 a.m., and they found Ellis had been shot multiple times.
