LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Little Rock police said that a third person has been arrested in connection with a deadly shooting at a hotel in the Breckenridge area.
LRPD officials said 22-year-old Donovan Starks was arrested in connection with the deadly shooting that took place at Eagle Suites last weekend.
