OT SPRINGS, Ark. – A scary scene at Lake Catherine State Park ended with a hero, a stranger, saving the life of a 3-year-old.

“It was a little bit chaotic; there was a lot of noise, people screaming,” Vincent said. “So I walked over there…and that’s when I noticed it wasn’t a snake bite.”
