PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. (KATV) — The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department says they have arrested 4 people who they allege tried to sneak contraband and narcotics into the Pulaski County Regional Detention Center.
The men arrested and their charges are listed below:
- Robert Duncan Sr.: Engaging in a Continuing Criminal Gang, Organization, or Enterprise
- Robert Duncan Jr.: Engaging in a Continuing Criminal Gang, Organization, or Enterprise, Use of a Communication Device Criminal Attempt
- Randy Williams: Engaging in a Continuing Criminal Gang, Organization, or Enterprise
- Kelcey Williams: Engaging in a Continuing Criminal Gang, Organization, or Enterprise, Possession of Methamphetamine/Cocaine with Purpose to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Maintaining a Drug Premise, Use of a Communication Device Furnishing, Possessing, or Using Prohibited Articles, Possession of Schedule VI Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver, Possession of Schedule IV/V Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver, Trafficking a Controlled Substance
Law enforcement did not provide further details on the nature of the contraband or narcotics in question, nor did they say how the uncovered the alleged smuggling plot.
