PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Brian Hyatt, a former Northwest Arkansas psychiatrist, was back in court on Wednesday as he facing Medicaid fraud charges in Pulaski County.
Hyatt, 53, was arrested in October 2023 and charged with two counts of violating the Medicaid Fraud Act. He has pleaded not guilty.
