MAUMELLE, Ark. – Less than two months after breaking ground on its first central Arkansas restaurant, Oklahoma-based ice cream and burger chain Braum’s has plans for a restaurant in Maumelle.
According to officials with the Maumelle Area Chamber of Commerce, Braum’s has signed contracts to build a restaurant as part of a new commercial development on the north side of Maumelle Boulevard.
Braum’s breaks ground in central Arkansas at new Conway location
Braum’s currently operates 15 locations in Arkansas, primarily in the northwest part of the state. The company recently broke ground on a Conway location and has also announced plans to open restaurants in Little Rock and Russellville.
Chamber officials also confirmed that Little Caesars and Vietwich have signed on to open in the development. Officials said there is space for two additional businesses and recruitment efforts are ongoing.
