NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Family and friends gathered Monday at Graves Memorial Baptist Church in North Little Rock to celebrate the life of Celeste Jackson on what would have been her third birthday.
Celeste was killed in a dog attack in March, when she was 2 years old.
