Arkansas digs in for Korean Heritage Month at KPot BBQ and hot pot spots

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — If you’ve been looking for a fun way to celebrate the flavors of autumn, October’s Korean Heritage Month is a pretty tasty excuse to try something new, and in Arkansas, KPot Korean Barbecue and Hot Pot is serving up an interactive dining experience that’s been drawing a crowd.

General Manager Victor Nguyen said K Pot is built around an all-you-can-eat concept that combines Korean barbecue with hot pot, giving diners the option to do one or both in the same meal. Wen said many restaurants typically focus on either barbecue or hot pot, but KPot brings them together “so that way you can enjoy it all in one place.”

Part of the appeal is that guests cook their food right at the table and can make it exactly how they like it. Nguyen said that means one person can cook a steak medium-rare while someone else at the table can cook theirs medium, all at the same time…
