LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — Captain Kolby Belcher of the Bay Fire Department has died after sustaining injuries in a Utility Task Vehicle (UTV) crash that took place Sunday, March 22, on Craighead County Road.
The Craighead County Sheriff’s Department confirmed that it occurred at 7: 38 p.m. when Belcher’s 2022 Polaris RZR lost traction and slid to the side off of the roadway.
CCSD’s crash report confirmed that the UTV overturned on top of Belcher before it stopped, which severely injured the 24-year-old. Witness at the scene reportedly rolled the UTV off of him…
