A 67-year-old man has been arrested after emergency responders discovered his wife in critical condition, allegedly suffering from extreme neglect inside their home, authorities said.
Police identified the suspect as Randolph S. McKenzie, who is now facing a felony charge of neglect of a vulnerable person. He is being held on a $10,000 bond at the local detention center.
