LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A new chapter will soon be taking shape for dozens of local businesses throughout Central Arkansas as a familiar retail space prepares for a fresh start.
Small Shoppes Marketplace is set to open soon in the former location of Painted Tree Marketplace in west Little Rock, offering vendors a chance to rebuild after an abrupt closure that left many owners scrambling.
