PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. – A head-on crash on Highway 367 near Dixon Street in Pulaski County claimed the lives of a woman and two children Sunday night, according to Arkansas State Police.
Leonard Jones lives near the crash and said he heard the collision while outside his home.
