BENTON, Ark. – A Benton father is speaking out about Arkansas’ Community and Employment Support Waiver program, saying families caring for children with developmental disabilities are waiting too long for critical support.
Blake Landers said his three-year-old daughter, Charlee, was diagnosed with a rare disorder in 2024 called CTNNB1 syndrome.
