Families frustrated as state works to phase out teacher recruitment program

As Colorado continues to face a budget crisis, legislators are making cuts to programs, including a pathway for students to become teachers, leaving dozens of high school seniors with little time to adjust their college plans.

One of those students is Highlands Ranch resident Abby Christian.
