Investigators found Nazi symbolism tied to Evergreen High School shooter, report says

EVERGREEN, Colo. — Investigators looking into the shooting at Evergreen High School in September found Nazi symbolism tied to the shooter, according to a report released on Thursday.

The 664-page report, released by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, details the law enforcement response to the shooting. It includes reports from officers who responded to the shooting, descriptions of evidence and details from witness interviews.

The shooting happened Sept. 10 at the high school in the foothills west of Denver. A student, 16-year-old Desmond Holly, opened fire with a handgun, wounding two other students before taking his own life…
