DENVER (KDVR) — A new “first-of-its-kind” workspace that has offices and an indoor golf club is coming to Denver later this summer.
The idea behind Clubhouse Work & Golf is to create a space that helps with client-facing activities. It’s the same idea as a business meeting on the golf course, except at this place, it’s all in one spot. The two-floor building is basically an indoor golf club with offices.

Clubhouse Work & Golf is set to bring its newest location to 720 South Colorado Blvd., which has 23,000 square feet of workspace with 65 private offices, coworking areas, meeting rooms and five Trackman golf simulators.
The building will have floor-to-ceiling glass windows with views of the Rocky Mountains, a putting green and a bar next to the workspace.
