L.A. man stabbed and beaten to death by 4 men after dog attack

LOS ANGELES (TCN) – A 37-year-old man was stabbed to death after reportedly trying to fend off a dog attack.

KTLA reports that on May 20, 37-year-old Berry Henderson was standing at a Hollywood bus stop when a dog attacked him. Surveillance video obtained by police showed Henderson running away from the dog as it chased him and bit him. Henderson took out a knife to defend himself from the animal and reportedly stabbed it. Following the stabbing of the dog, four men allegedly attacked Henderson. One of the men was the dog’s owner, according to KTLA.

People reports that according to a Los Angeles Police Department spokesman, three of the men allegedly “physically assaulted the victim using bodily force and a small bat” and that a fourth man “stabbed the victim multiple times with a knife.” KTLA reports that one of the men had a machete…
