At least one person was detained in connection with gunfire that erupted in an alleyway behind homes in Torrance on Tuesday.
Surveillance footage of the incident, obtained by KTLA, shows two men in the alley. One approaches on foot with what appears to be a gun in his right hand, while the other parks an SUV and exits the vehicle.
