A new study is putting numbers behind a feeling many Angelenos have had for years: Downtown Los Angeles may have buildings, history, arenas, restaurants, and pockets of energy, but as a place to simply hang out, it is not exactly thriving.
In a KTLA 5 report, David Lazarus said a new Gensler City Pulse Survey found that Downtown L.A. ranks as one of the “deadest” downtowns in the world when compared with other major urban centers.
