Two suspects were arrested in connection with a $14,000 bank jugging theft in Thousand Oaks.
Authorities identified the men as Ricardo De Jesus Melendez Rodriguez, 37, and Francisco Javier Nieto Mosquera, 45, both Los Angeles County residents.
On June 3, Mosquera and Rodriguez are accused of targeting a man who had withdrawn around $14,000 in cash from a bank near Janss and Moorpark roads around 12:15 p.m., the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office said…
