In Compton, California, a French bulldog had been left tied to a fence in the hot sun. There was no doubt he had been abandoned. Fortunately, a stranger had left him water. And even with that small act of kindness, he wouldn’t let anyone come near him. Maybe he was waiting for his person to return? Sadly, no one came to take him home.
