Boyle Heights—A 32-year-old man found dead near a freeway on-ramp in Boyle Heights was identified today.
The body was found by a Caltrans crew just after 9 a.m. Tuesday near the on-ramp from Mission Road to the southbound 5 Freeway, the California Highway Patrol reported.
