(KRON) — Investigators with the San Francisco Police Department’s Cold Case Unit arrested a man in Los Angeles Monday who is accused of committing a homicide 18 years ago.
The homicide happened on the evening of April 27, 2008, when a man was shot to death on the 500 block of Fulton Street in San Francisco. For nearly two decades, the killer’s identity was unknown.
