Flower vendor crossing street in Oxnard struck by car, seriously injured

A 60-year-old Los Angeles man suffered serious injuries April 26 when he was struck by a car while crossing a major intersection in north Oxnard.

The Oxnard Police Department said the crash happened around 8 p.m. at the intersection of Oxnard Boulevard and Gonzales Road, near Pacifica High School.
