LOS ANGELES – A 1-year-old child and his uncle were killed in a predawn hit-and-run crash in Playa del Rey, leaving a family grieving a son and grandson while police search for the driver who fled on foot.
The crash happened around 4:34 a.m. Sunday in the 6800 block of Vista Del Mar, just south of Culver Boulevard.
