The Santa Monica Police Department has arrested an armed kidnapping suspect following a pursuit in Los Angeles.
Jorge Luis Vega, 32, of Los Angeles, was booked on charges of kidnapping, criminal threats, brandishing a firearm, rape and felon in possession of a firearm.
